For brands who want to manage their own sourcing but need a strong starting point. Includes access to our vetted manufacturer list, built through years of experience and trusted industry relationships—including factories we’ve visited in person. You’ll handle all communication and project management from here.

Sourcing + Sampling Consultant

For brands who want expert guidance but prefer to manage day-to-day communication themselves. We’ll recommend the right factory, make the introduction, present your tech pack, and help negotiate cost per unit and MOQs. You’ll manage the project with us CC’d on emails, providing ongoing guidance, stepping in when needed, and updating tech packs throughout sampling.

$1000 monthly retainer

Full-Service Development Support

For brands seeking hands-on, end-to-end support. We’ll manage sourcing, factory communication, sample reviews, tech pack edits, cost and MOQ negotiations, and shipping coordination. We handle approvals, lab dips, and all production prep, including in-person factory visits if requested (client covers travel costs). You stay focused on your brand—we handle the rest.

$2,500 monthly retainer

About the Sampling Process

Sampling is a critical part of bringing your product to life—and it requires time, flexibility, and a commitment to the process. On average, it takes a minimum of three rounds of sampling to finalize a product for production.

The full process can take anywhere from 3 months to over a year, depending on factors like the number of products, complexity of design edits, manufacturer location, client feedback turnaround, and budget.
